wehorse is based in Hamburg, Germany and Christian disclosed that he has been a competitive rider during his junior years. “Horses have always been front and center in my life because I was born and raised in a real horse family,” he shared. This background has given him exposure and access to well-known trainers across Europe and the world, which ultimately helped launch the idea for wehorse. “My parents in law ran pferdia tv, a producer of education DVDs in Germany. After they were looking for a successor, I took the chance to have their library as a foundation for our streaming platform and turned it into what is now wehorse.”

With a team of 25, wehorse was launched in 2018 and includes a training history of over 30 years. “We took over Europe’s leading DVD producer, pferdia tv, and transformed it into a video streaming platform that has resulted in the most comprehensive library of equestrian education,” said Christian. To continue building on a robust foundation, wehorse continues to deliver new online courses with high-profile trainers every month. “We work with some of the most renowned trainers in the world like Olympian Ingrid Klimke, British National Coach Chris Bartle, US Legend Horse Therapist Linda Tellington-Jones and French Liberty & Dressage Star Alizée Froment. Our goal is to unite the horse world regardless whether you are a hunter/jumper or love groundwork and showcase the beauty of our sport,” said Christian.
