“No whiteboard is needed, thanks to the task planning feature of Hippovibe,” said Johanna. This functionality allows you to plan your horses’ daily activities and add all sorts of information, from who should execute the job, timing/duration, order and pertinent notes (no carrots, only apples).
Tasks are assigned to specific users so everyone knows what they need to do and what has already been done. “Another advantage I like to point out and remind users of is that you can plan ahead and always use the tool as a reference point to view historical tasks,” highlighted Johanna.
Another important feature of the Hippovibe solution is that it offers you the ability to store all of the related information in regards to your horses’ health on the system. Now you don’t have to guess when the next vaccination is due or write down on the paper calendar that gets stained with hoof oil when the next shoeing is scheduled. “Our users find this to be one of their favorite features – since it stores all historical health data and provides a more holistic view of their horses’ health profile,” shared Johanna.

“We continuously develop and improve our solution based on the feedback of our customers,” stated Johanna. “We are about to release a push notification system, so that you don’t even have to open the application every time to get updates, which will be a game-changer for keeping everyone up-to-date, in real-time.”
